Sparta Group announces delay in filing annual financial statements (TSXV:SAY:CA)

Sparta Group (TSXV:SAY:CA) said on Friday it had completed the filing of an application seeking a management cease trade order from the Alberta Securities Commission.
The company said it had filed the application because it was unable to file its annual financial statements for the year ending September 30, 2023, in time to meet the January 28, 2024, filing deadline.
The company expects to file the annual filings on or before March 1, 2024.
